WORKING TERM AND PROCEDURE
1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller on receipt of Seller's Soft Offer along with tank storage agreement (TSA) as proof of storage availability.
2. Seller issue CI & SPA to buyer, buyer sign and return with acceptance letter.
3. Seller invites Buyer for dip test in Seller Tank, upon conclusion.
4. Buyer provide TSR to seller for injection of the fuel in the buyer tanks
5. Seller Bank swift the following document to Buyer Bank
Certificate of Company Registration, Analysis report {SGS}, Dip test Authorization {DTA} Assurance to supply {ATS}, Statement of product availability.
6. Buyer remits full payment for the product value viaMT103/TT
7. Seller issue IMFPA for brokers’ commission and submit via bank-to-bank, the following documents
Original copy of agreement to transport the commodity to destination port,
Original copy of Export clearance affidavit
Certificate of origin
Clean on board Bill of Lading,
One Original and 3 copies of Certificate of Quantity
One Original and 3 copies of Certificate of Quality
One Original and 3 copies of Certificate of Origin
One Original and 3 copies of master's receipt of samples
One Original Ullage report issued at loading terminal.
One Original and 3 copies of cleanliness report at loading port.
Commitment to Supply
Original Certificate of Ownership
Title Deed Receipt
Original copy Risk of Loss Insurance, and copy buyer via secured email.
