Please see attached the SCO and below are my charges for being the buffer with tanks.  This will trigger a fresh SGS less than 72hrs old and a Transneft injection report, both verifiable FULL POP's.

I can provide tanks in Rotterdam for the buyer to verify the fuel.  The Titleholders’ charges are below:

Charges for my role as buffer:

 Jet fuel - cost of tanks re-reimbursed to myself + 0.50cents per BBL for the SPOT and Contract.

D6 - cost of tanks re-reimbursed to myself + 0.005cents per Gal for the SPOT and Contract.

Plz let buyer know, if they wish to use my buffer tank service, they will not have to show TSA or TSR, I will do that on their behalf and so where tits mentioned in the procedures, I will take it over from there to point of Dip Test.

After Dip Test, the buyer can take over my tanks, or supply TSR to their exit buyer’s tanks and we will exit the product and continue injection into exit's tanks.

On the SPOT deal, won’t be able to to injection into vessel, however, on contract that’s not an issue.  Again, my tanks will allow the refinery to inject into tanks and buyer may take my tanks over after the dip test and load into their vessel, no issue.

  STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

  1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller on receipt of Seller's Soft Corporate Offer.

  2. Seller issues draft contract along with commercial invoice Buyer Signs and returns to Seller with TSA for final

  endorsement.

  3. Sellers provide the following PPOP Documents fo

  r the initial trial order quantity for buyer’s notice and

  arrangement for the initial spot lift.

  A. Commitment Assurance letter to supply

  B. Product Passport

  C. Reservoir Receipt

  D. Refinery Regisration Certificate

  4. Buyer provide for seller the Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)/ATV/ATI.

  5.

  Seller provides for buyer delivery schedule and time/date for injection of the product quantity.

  6. Seller transport/ inject the product into the hired tank and furnish the buyer with Transneft IR AND DTA for

  buyer SGS to conduct the dip test on the product.

  7 Upon successful dip test, buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total product available.

  8. Upon Confirmation of act of transfer in buyers name, sell

  er issues to the buyer, Title of ownership certificate to

  be followed by all export documentation, Buyer Conduct DIP TEST and lifting commerce and buyers release

  payment instruments as agreed to both parties.
