We have 38 mil gals of Virgin D6 Fuel Oil in tanks in Houston that the Supplier will allow the buyer to verify first in the sellers shore tanks! The buyer only needs a CP and then talks directly to the supplier/titleholder. The buyer needs to show some sort of capability financially and logistically to take the fuel – but they are very loose on what it can be.
