  Mazut is priced @ 62% of the D2 price. AAYWS00

  1. Buyer provides company profile and requested product, volume, POD. Sample

  (50k/mt D2 -RTDM).

  2. I will provide a partial filled out RFP "Request for Product" Sample Attached.

  3. Upon completion I will populate the buyer's info from the RFP into the Seller's

  draft SPA along with the seller's profile.

  4. Buyer makes RED-LINE amendment/requests and signs.

  5. I will organize a CC with the seller to discuss any issues or clarification required.

  6. Upon execution of the SPA a TTC (Table Top Closing) @ relevant Embassy or

  Government Oil Refinery Office. Russian Embassy/Producers Office in London,

  Singapore or Hong Kong.

  i. Seller intends to make available:

  A meeting room at the relevant Embassy or Government Oil Refinery Office

  The relevant Ambassador and/or His/Her authorized representative to sign and

  seal all documents and attest to the export permits for the commodity.

  ii. The Government Oil Officer or authorized representative to preside and legalize

  any documentation presented at the meeting,

  iii. The relevant Government Refinery Company Officer/s to present all refinery

  documents pursuant to SELLER, Ltd. as the Authority to Sell and Titleholder of

  the Commodity, as well as confirmation of the lifting schedule,

  iv. The Bankers of Seller to communicate with Buyers counsel and bankers and

  facilitate the closing of the transaction.

  The objectives for the meeting will be for the Buyer to receive

  a.Proof of product

  b.Confirmation of macro delivery amount and schedule

  c. Confirmation of micro logistic timing and delivery
