DIP AND PAY FOB ROTTERDAM:

1. Buyer Issue ICPO + Company Profile.

2. Seller review Buyer ICPO, Upon Approval by the management and Seller Issue Commercial Invoice for Both parties Endorsement.

3. Buyer Provide Logistics (Tank Storage Agreement [TSA] for approval, afterward followed by Tank Storage Receipt [TSR] for reception of the product in order for Seller to carry out the Delivery.

4. Seller Commence Delivery to Buyer Storage Tank and provide to buyer the below listed Document;

• INJECTION REPORT

• SGS or Similar Laboratory Analysis Report of the Quality of product (Taken from the Auto Sampler during the Time of Injection of the Product into the Storage Tanks.)

• DTA (Dip Test Authorization)

5. Buyer Conduct its own DIP TEST Inspection for Quantity and Quantity of the Petroleum Product.

6. Upon Successful DIP TEST Inspection Q&Q by the Buyer, within 24-72 Hours Maximum Buyer makes payment via MT103 Wire Transfer for the Total Value of the Product Delivered into the Buyer Tank and Simultaneously Title to the Product is Transfer to the Buyer and seller hand over all Exportation Documentation in relation to the petroleum product to the Buyer.

7. Commission is paid to Intermediaries involve in the Transaction as per IMFPA.

NOTE: The delivery of each Lot of Goods is carried out on vessels, nominated by the Seller/Refinery, and the

Buyer accepts every vessel arriving in the Port of Destination, which the Buyer can not reject without valid

Reasons. Vessel(s) will comply with Major Oil Company’s requirements and shall be P&I International Group registered.

The Buyer shall notify the Seller, within five (5) days of the loading of each Lot of Goods on vessels,

Of the volume of Goods it is willing to receive in such Lot of Goods (the “Ordered Volume”).
