Snap Shot                                           4.  MT-199  (optional)                                             5.  Bank statement (not account numbers) Standard Procedures: 1. Buyer provide Product Specification to Seller & CP  2. Seller confirms the approved Buyer's Specifications with the refinery 3. Seller & buyer speaks via Conference Call to discuss the offer & funds availability  4. Buyer issue POF prior to lift (Joint Ventures are welcome) 5. Seller confirms Buyer's POF with bank- Verbally or Written  (Tear Sheet is OK) 6. Seller orders the product from the refinery according to Buyer's approved Specification     (Seller injects product 72 hours after POF) 7. Seller injects fuel into Seller's tank  &  issue DTA for Buyer to dip test in Seller's tank 8. Upon successful dip test, Buyer issue payment via MT103 to Seller for the fuel, Seller inject fuel into buyer's tank and transfer Title ownership to Buyer. 9. Seller pays commission to all intermediaries according to NCNDA-IMFPA Subject to Availability-Price Subject to change

The procedures for the D6  FOB Houston

Price: Gulf Coast or West Texas Platt codes ( Prices are determined by Buyer's Product Specifications )

Lift Quantity: 25 Million Gallons- first lift 

Contract Quantity: Buyer decide with Seller as per Funds Capacity (52 Week Contract     50 - 200 Million Gallons )

Standard Procedure:

1. Buyer provide Product Specification to Seller & CP

2. Seller confirms the approved Buyer's Specifications with the refinery

3. Seller & Buyer speaks via Conference Call to discuss about the Offer & Funds Availability

4. Buyer issue POF via swift MT799 bank to bank

5. Seller confirms Buyer's POF with Seller's Bank

6. Seller orders the product from the Refinery according to Buyer's approved Specification 

7. Seller injects fuel into Seller's Tank, issue DTA for Buyer to dip test in Seller's Tank

8. Upon successful dip test, Buyer issue payment via MT103 to Seller for the fuel, Seller inject fuel into buyer's tank and transfer Title ownership to Buyer.

9. Seller pays commission to all intermediaries according to
