TRANSACTION PROCEDURES NON-NEGOTIABLE
1. The Buyer issues Corporate Profile (CP) for due diligence to Seller
2. The Seller issues Commercial Invoice CI
3. The Buyer signs Commercial Invoice and agrees to purchase under the Terms and Procedures.
4. Seller issues Partial POP Documents
a. Injection Report
b. TSR
c. Product Passport
d. Guarantee letter
e. Conditional DTA
5. Buyer Extends Tanks 40k to complete DTA
6. Seller issues Full POP to Buyer to include:
a. Original export documents
b. Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
c. Pre-Injection Report
7. Upon Successful Full POP verification, Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT Wire Transfer to Sellers Bank for the total product available within 24 hours.
8. Upon confirmation of Act of Transfer for Payment, Seller issues to Buyer, Title of Ownership
Certificate and Lift Commences.
9. Buyer pays buyer side; seller pays seller side within 24 hours
