Transaction Procedures FOB Rotterdam
1. Buyer sends ICPO on receipt of Seller’s O er along with Corporate Pro le.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), along with ICC Letter for the available quantity in the Storage
Tank to Buyer.
3. Buyer Signs and returns to Seller with the Commercial Invoice & signed ICC Letter of the available
quantity in the Storage Tank to buyer alon g with copy of the Buyer’s Passport and a Tank Storage
Agreement (TSA) as proof of Storage Availability ready.
4. Seller issue Dip Test Authorization Letter sign by the both the parties (Buyer/Seller) including
Buyer’s Tank Farm for Proof of the Buyer’s re adiness to inject into Buyer’s Tank.
5. Seller approve the DTA attached with fresh SGS Report and Tank Receipt to Buyer and buyer order
SGS to conduct Dip Test of the Product in the Seller’s Tank on Buyer expenses.
6. Upon successful Dip Test, Buyer provides vessel details or Tank details; Seller shall immediately
submit the full Proof of Product (POP) to the Buyer, Injection of the product proceeds.
7. Buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays
commission to all inte rmediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after con rmation of the
buyer’s payment.
8. Seller issue Draft Sales & Purchase Agreement to Buyer to review for R/E monthly deliveries.
9. Buyer review and approves the contract and issue SBLC/IRDLC ir revocable, non -transferable, auto
revolving for 12-months shipment value, documentary letter of credit for length of contact and for
each lift-able as schedule. Buyer pays after Dip Test by MT103 Wire Transfer on each monthly
quantity.
10. The subsequent delv iery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract, and
mandates intermediaries receive their commissions according to monthly deliveries.
