JP54 Fuel Procedures For Working With Majors

When speaking majors and their trade desks we have found a process that has worked quite well and has led to us securing multiple relationships with refineries, trade desks, shipping companies and airlines. We will schedule a call with my president and supply director to discuss particulars between signatories, including the terminal in Rdam where the product will be delivered, confirming the mechanics of the dip test, estimated arrival date of the product, relevant information to inserted into the CI, what documents will be provided to the Buyer from the Seller, authority by the Buyer for the Seller to inject etc.

As you and I are both aware, with significant direct parties, much of this information is exchanged verbally on the phone and that is what I fully anticipate to occur.

In this case the trial lift will be 1 million Bbls of JP54 and afterwords can be increased to 2 million Bbls each. The Sale price will be NWE Platts + $1.50 dollars per Bbl.

Assuming all of this is all done satisfactory to both parties then here is how I see this moving forward:

1. Direct phone call between the Buyer and the Seller confirming the transaction specifics and exchange of pertinent information.

2.  Seller will issue the CI

3. Buyer signs and returns

4. Seller will provide various POP documents to the Buyer

5. Vessel arrives and dip test is done

6. Payment is made by Buyer to Seller account within 1 business day

7. Product is discharged into Buyers tanks
