Production Contract with Exxon/Mobil (Allocation Holder). Platts +3, +4, +5, +6 Pricing based on strength "Corporate Profile".
** Tear Sheet Acceptable.
** (Buy Side) Commission = $.01.
1) Corporate Profile submitted by Buyer. Due diligence will be completed by Seller.
2) MOU Signed by Seller and Buyer. NCNDA/IMFPA signed by Buyer.
3) Buyer proves to seller that he has the ability to provide an SBLC directly to the major or sub-major from top 25 bank.
4) Seller issues contract using MOU as a guideline, MOU will be attached to the contract as an addendum. Seller and Buyer sign contract.
5) Buyer issues instrument of one lift value to cover the first lift, in the form of an SBLC directly to major or sub-major or designated escrow account.
6) Seller within 10 days provides an initial lift in the agreed quantity in the Buyer’s tanks in Houston, according to Buyer specifications.
a. Buyer will receive notice of the pre-injection report allowing the Buyer to know when tanks are required. TSA is required at this point, not the TSR.
b. Pre-injection report is issued notifying Buyer of the exact date and time of injection into Buyer’s tanks. TSA/TSR is required at this time. Major/Sub-major will verify Buyers tanks are empty and clean.
7) Buyer completes SGS/Intertek/Dip Test - and pays for fuel within 24 hours.
8) After successful first lift, of 25 mill, then 50 mill per week 52 weeks for 1, 2, or 3 years with R & E -- the contract begins.
